Honestly, I believe the phone is a very sleek device. The Cingular video and online store is not that great. The audio playblack features are amazing, almost just as amazing as the quality. The QWERTY keyboard is tightly packed on the slim design, for some this may be a slight problem, but I don't find it much of a bother. The 1.3 megapixel takes snazzy pictures and good video but it is no 2.0 megapixel camera. The fast access internet is great especially in a hotspot. An instant messaging program is provided that has all 3 messengers. My only complaint would be no flash support, but thats more so a windows mobile problem. Speakerphone supported for those who use it often and seem to love it. You can also sync all your email accounts. Gmail, hotmail, yahoo, anything you name. I would suggest the phone to anyone who wants a nice fitting pda.
